The years of accumulated stress slowly began to overshadow feelings of innate bliss and inter-contentedness. Within a short time of learning Vedic Meditation, things started to shift naturally and I began to feel relaxed and happy in my everyday life again. And, in the years that I continued to meditate, every aspect of my life simply got better. Having experienced profound changes in myself, I am now doing my part in helping others realize this highest value in theirs.

*Susan teaches Vedic Meditation and was trained to teach this form of meditation by Thom Knoles, who continues to teach Vedic Meditation. Thom was trained as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation (“TM”) by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi (“Maharishi”), and taught it for over 25 years with organizations affiliated with Maharishi. Since 1997, Thom has continued to teach meditation as he learned it from Maharishi, and has done so independently and separately from the TM organizations. Vedic Meditation is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. The form of meditation that Thom Knoles taught for over 25 years with the TM organizations as “Transcendental Meditation,” has been the subject of hundreds of scientific studies showing a wide range of benefits from regular practice. These studies, which refer to this form of meditation using the name “Transcendental Meditation” or “TM”, support the benefits obtainable from regular practice of Vedic Meditation, which are referenced above.

From Wall Street to Wellness
I am a former Wall Street research analyst and worked at Morgan Stanley and Macquarie Capital as Senior Managing Director and Head of Credit Research. After a successful 14-year career, I transitioned out of the financial world to pursue my passion for meditation and Vedic studies.
I have and continue to study under Maharishi Vyasananda Saraswati (Thom Knoles), the pre-eminent authority of Vedic knowledge. My studies culminated in a 12-week immersion program with Thom in India, where I was inducted into the Shankaracharya tradition by Shri Shri 1008 Mahamandaleshwar Swami Kailashanand Brahamchari, Supreme Authority of Vedic knowledge in India.
In addition to teaching Vedic Meditation, I am also the co-founder of Soozy's Grain-Free. I graduated with a B.A. from Harvard University in 2002.
